The Sweetest Star

by Luke   Jan 3, 2005

Do you see these wounds?
The metal in my flesh-
Can you tell, it's a wonder-
My heart was pierced by the flack

A.A. guns shoot,
Across my Autumn sky-
Whitecaps on the sea-
that is the river Styx

This was my decision-
Sweet solitary confinement,
I found the meaning to derive-
That hallow heartbreak is a constant,

Bandages cover my face-
It was so bloody...
Tourniquets-my facade-
covered from my body,

This is the story of pain-
Stellar Star in the sky,
The goal that some perceive-
even such a saint

So then which are your weird ones. I wasn't trying to be mean when i said what are you on, your poem just seemed a little whack to me.
