As I face this world

As I face this world
I feel cold and alone
No one is here
To take me back home

As I face this world
My heart has gone cold
And to some unseen force
My soul has been sold

I look towards the wind
It seems that God hates me
Even though I've not sinned

Shoulders pushed back
Its my own self confidence
Which I feel I lack
