Blood Stained Legs & Tear Stained Cheeks

I pick up the blade
And slice it through my skin
Then watch the blood trickle down
But keep my secrets held within

None of them know
They don't open their eyes
None of them see
That my smile's a disguise

I step out of the shower
Then put on my clothes
The blood keeps running
Yet nobody knows

I patch it up with a bandaide
I won't say a word
No one will notice
I know - it's absurd

I have so many scars
Inside and out
One day it will be better
I know without a doubt

But I've been waiting forever
That day still isn't here
And no matter how much I deny it
I know I am my only fear

I'm scared of the girl
Who can't move on
I'm scared of the girl
Who only does stuff wrong

I'm scared of the girl
Who causes so many fights
I'm scared of the girl
Who does nothing right

I'm scared of this girl
Because she is me
And this girl I know
Isn't one I want to see

She has blood stained legs
And she has tear stained cheeks
She has scars that will last forever
Because she is weak

She wants to give up
But she has to carry on
And all she can do
Is sing you this song.

    Kiersten Nicole - Yeah, it does help to have someone to talk to. It's just easier for me talking to people I don't know lol. I told my "best friend" and because I told her my whole life has changed now because her mum found out and then told my mum and yes lots of stuff happened hehe. Just hope you're okay =) xx
