Reality!

I am so drained of energy, I've cried too many tears.
Yet more still seem to come, fear after loathsome fear.
I have no-one to blame though, except for me.
I alone carry this burden, that's the way it must be.
Eventually I'll be happy, no matter what it takes.
I'll have a brighter outlook, which will no longer be fake.
When I find my peace within, I can begin to live my life.
Step out of the darkness and into the light.
All the parts that are so numb, will be able to feel.
And finally I'll know that happiness is real.
