Prick me I'll feel nothing, poke me I won’t jump back
Call me names I won’t cry, go on and tell me what I lack
Scrape me and I don’t bleed, cut me and I won’t scream
Shoot me I won’t beg for life, it’s never what it seems

Hurt me I won’t sink back, cheat on me and I don’t care
anger me I won’t get mad, frighten me I won’t scare
Hit me and I won’t flinch, chase me and I won’t run
Push me down I’ll stay there, this what you’ve done

Fight me I won’t retaliate, strangle me I won’t want for air
Burn me and I won’t plead, hate me and I won’t care
Slice me and I won’t split, beat me and I don’t move
Yell at me and I’ll be silent, I have nothing left to prove

Drop me and I won’t get up, walk over me I won’t speak
Gas me I won't breathe, but don't think i'm not weak
But pretend to love me then leave me, and break my heart
I’ll fall lifeless to the emptiness, all broken apart
