Ode

Oh my dear mother I wish I could tell you
About my feelings which I feel so true
I don't have the courage, mother
I say to myself the next day or another
In a book I'll write them down
Which I won't exchange with a crown
I always wonder where to start
And tell you all that's in my heart
Locked away they'll always be
Until I find a way up the tree
