Stillness

by *Amber Faith.* ©   Jan 27, 2005

In the stillness of the midnight on the waking of the dawn
I don't know where I'm headed or truly whats going on.
I've seen so much laughter, yet cried so many tears
That I can't see into tomorrow; it's blocked by eighteen years.
It seems so wrong to worry about the thing that have been. All i needed was some sunshine, but it just couldn't get in.
Loneliness, I guess, is what I'm speeching of
The worry you've overcome when you've seen the light of love.
Tomorrow will be a different day and a different point of view.
I hope I find that in that day my dreams can come true.
