In the End

When I'm all alone,
Lying on my bed,
Memories of you,
Pound in my head,

The rare moments,
That we spent together,
Alone and in peace,
Will live with me forever,

Sometimes I find it torture,
Not being able to stop loving you,
But a smile creeps on my face,
When I think you love me too,

Other times I get lost,
And my only resolution is my tears,
For I know that -no matter what-,
I'll love you for all of my years,

Time doesn't even exist,
When it comes to my love for you,
Because you, I'll never forget,
No matter what you say or do,

Sometimes all I can do is hurt,
Not even sure why I bother to care,
But then I remember all we've had,
And how you were always there,

So many chances I've had,
To move from what I thought could be
But it's always a lost cause,
Because this feeling will always stay with me,

A few times I've tried to forget,
Trying to find love again,
But you're who I always love,
In the end...

Although so many, many time,
You've torn my heart in twp,
There's no point in denying,
That I'll always love you.
