If only I had the guts
I'd do it again; do it right
I messed things up
with just that one night

If only I had the guts
I'd explain why I did what I did
Drugs were messing with my head
things just weren't going good.

If only I had the guts
I'd tell you what I feel inside
I'd show you all my cuts
the ones from you I hide.

If only I had the guts
not to let you break my heart
If only I had the guts
I'd cut my wrist apart.
