Why can't I let go?

Trust me when i say this
because i mean every word i say
trust me when i say this
I'm not gonna be ok

i don't want to miss you
but some how i do
i try not to think about you
but you stick in my mind like glue

Ive been worn down
right to my core
Ive been let down
one too many times before

so many options
yet so little choice
too many memories
all filled with your voice

why cant i let go?
and be set free?
why cant i move on?
and start to feel like me!

i feel so trapped
so lost and unsure
i feel as though
Ive felt all this before
