I tried it all,
From big to small,
But the pain just kept getting worse
The sex, the drugs,
The guys, the thugs,
Thinking life was one big curse.

But then one day,
I heard someone say,
I was going to be all right
They took my hand,
Walked through the sand,
And gently said goodnight.
