Don't you see the damage you've done?
All the pain you've caused
Whenever she told you of her dreams
You always laughed and beat them down
She loved you with all of her heart
Too bad you never returned the feeling

So how does it all feel now?
You always told her only angels could fly
So what did you feel when you found her note?
The window open, the curtains blowing in the breeze.
Did you look down to be sure?
Or did you already know what you would see?

She did fly in the end.
She always knew she would.
But after how you treated her
is this really a shock?
