Ways to help you stop cutting

First of all, i would like to say that i used to be a cutter myself, so all of this comes from personal experience and from things certified therapists have told me to use.
secondly, know that i am only writing this because i care.
lastly, you must be reading this either because you are extremely bored or you really deep down want someone to help. these things wont help unless you do your part in trying them out and doing them when you feel the urge.
oh yeah... i don't pretend to be a therapist myself, and all of these things are either things Ive been told, things Ive made up, or things Ive looked up on-line.
A)first of all, you have to know that you have a serious problem. cutting is not a game... and neither is taking too many pills or hurting yourself in any other way shape or form.
B)secondly, if you can, only if, then try to tell someone. if you cant thats OK,you can try to quit on your own, but it is alot easier when someone knows.
C)Ive found that by using ice on your wrists, arms, legs, stomach, anywhere that you cut, helps. it hurts but doesn't leave scars and no one has to know about it.
D)using rubber bands leaves marks but not scars. all you have to do is snap one around your wrists, arms, or legs. it helped me alto in the beginning stages of stopping.
E)TALK TO SOMEONE. even if its not about your actual cutting, it always helps to just talk to someone who makes you smile until the urge passes.
F)rip up socks or unwanted clothing. it really helps to get rid of the anger that built up inside you for whatever reason.
G)another way to relieve stress is to scream. i know it sounds stupid, but just do it! it really helps, weather its on a lonely hill where no one is, or in your pillow, it doesn't matter. but it really helps with pent up anger.
H)for girls, do your hair and makeup. it always makes you feel better about yourself, which is and aw some thing because by the time you look good, you don't wanna cut and mess it up. for guys, dress up.
I)when I'm mad i always ask my mom to go for a ride with me. where? doesn't matter, as long as it is long enough to calm you down. BUT, if you drive, don't go by yourself. it can turn into something worse than cutting.
J)for all those creative artists out there, you can draw yourself cutting. it really makes you feel better, but for some it can be triggering, so don't try it if you think it might make you worse!
K)lastly, say this to yourself... "I'm too __ to die/cut"

    I'm just gonna say, I'll try this. I know I've tried rubber bands, (didn't help) but I'll try the others. I seem to have to many scars and not enough skin, so I think it's time to stop.
