Jesse and Brian were a happy couple
With a great relationship so Brian thought
Until Jesse and his friend
Got caught
Their relationship was close to ending
But some how Brian found it in his heart
To forgive Jesse for his evil deed
Because he did not want them to be apart
They worked out their differences
And tried their best to make everything right
They stopped the constant arguing
They learned to talk things out instead of fight
A couple months after that night Jesse went to the doctor
Because he was not feeling well
Jesse walked out of the office pale with shock
Brian knew something was wrong he could tell
Jesse sat Brian down
He told him the news
Brian I am HIV positive
And I do not know what to do
Brian tried his best to comfort Jesse
But inside he was dieing
With the news bad news
They both broke down crying
Brian soon after he found out
Got himself tested
Luckily for him
It came out negative
He stood by Jesse's side
He still loved him with all his heart
And he slowly watched the life
They made together fall apart
For years he watched Jesse
Take 30 pills a day
Plus 2 shots to the stomach
He just cried never knowing exactly what to say
He always wished he could take Jesse's place
He could not stand to see him in pain
All the plans they made for marriage and a family
Seemed to slowly seep down the drain
It took only a couple years
For Jesse to reach the final stage
Even the pills and shots would not help now
He now had full blown AIDS
Brian watched the only man he ever loved
Slowly deteriorate
Every night he got down on his knees and asked god
Why this was his and Jesses fate
And every night he would crawl into his bed
With his question still unanswered
He prayed he could go back to the old days
When Jesse was healthy and a full time dancer
But he knew he could never go back
To they way it used to be
Jesse was reaching his final hours
In his eyes Brian could see
His last words to Brian
Were I love you
I am sorry
And Thanks for sticking by me
As he said that Brian in tears
Leaned over and whispered in his ear
I love you Jesse do not die on me
Don’t you dare die on me now
I need you Jesse
I need you around
I am sorry Brian with those last words said
Jesse finally let go
And left Brian
All alone
Jesse was only 27
When he was taken from this earth
He never got to live his life
For all it was worth
