Angel Eyes

What do you hide, angel eyes?
-placid lakes of unshed tears
why do you run ,angel eyes?
-escape from my secret fears
angel eyes, why do you burn?
-each day i must unlearn
angel eyes,why do you weep?
-they drove the words in too deep
what do you find in the empty skies?
-fading echoes of my voiceless cries
why do you bleed upon the virgin snow?
-because it hurts to feel,it hurts to know....

    I absolutely love these two lines, it could be interpreted so many different ways and they say so much, I enjoyed this piece a lot. A very nice read. Glad I found it. Good work.

    holy shit! you are extremely good!! i wish i had ur talent.. i have to write long poems to get what i need to get on paper, to make it a good poem... but you, you can write a short little piece like this and its wonderful!! keep em coming!

    My honest opinion, I thought this was a good poem, although I think you forced the rhyming too much. Still, it was well written, fluent, and unique. Good job
