Promise me you'll be there
Whenever I call
And promise me you'll catch me
If ever I should fall.

Promise me you'll
Take away all my fears
And promise me you'll dry my eyes
If ever they should shed tears.

Promise me you'll
Always be there
And promise me
That you'll always care.

Promise to love me
Through it all
And promise me you'll love me
No matter what the cause

Promise me
You'll be strong
And promise to correct me
If ever I am wrong.

Promise me
You'll be mine
And promise me you'll do anything
You can to make sure I'm fine.

I don't want your money
And I don't want the world
All I want is for you to promise me
I'll always be your girl!
