Remember me? I am that voice,
that you fought to keep away.
The voice that speaks the truth,
yet you refuse to believe what i say!

I'm that voice in your head.
I've never told a lie...
Remember the time i said,
"Well you know your not that pretty anyways so why cry?"

Remember me? I'm that reoccurring voice,
the one that speaks to help you out-
By speaking the truth and letting you know,
what to do when your lonely, in love or in doubt!

I am the one that never leaves
When others turn away.
The one that listens and prays...
that you understand me someday.

Remember me? The voice when your alone
The one when you cry late at night_
I am the voice,
that comforts you after the fight!

Hello...remember me? I am that voice-
you fought to keep away.....
...I don't know why....
Because I am a voice and I am YOU!!

    It's a huge job to try an fight one's inner demons. The poem reminds me of two voices (right and wrong), the devil and the angel, both struggling inside. We all have inner voice, but it is so had to always choose and listen to reasoning. Great job, loved it!

    In this poem it's a good voice because it tells you the truth, It's that voice that everyone has that will tell them to be strong or just the truth e.g he doesn't love you etc it's more like intuition and i suppose thinking bout it, it can be good or bad but it's the voice you choose to ignore....Hope that makes sense:)
