Danielle

by Rikki   Apr 11, 2005

One day, my mother said there was something to tell me
'A friend of ours has just passed away, slowly.'
It was Danielle, my dear old friend
And in a car accident, she came to her end
I went to her funeral, bawling, endlessly crying
What was the point of it all, the point of dying?
And why did it happen to her, someone so perfect?
I don't think she'll know the impact, the afffect
She had on everyone around her, everyone she met
It wasn't her time to go, dammit! Not yet!
I don't understand it, why she had to leave
But she is happy, where ever she is, that I believe.

*This is deticated to Danielle, my dear friend, who had a beautiful voice, a beautiful heart, and a beautiful soul. Rest in Peace, Danny.*
