Anger

The anger builds up inside of me

I loose control, or can’t you see?

I cannot help but scream and shout

I need to let my anger out

When people really wind me up

All I want to do is get my knife and cut

I really want to punch, and kick

I am so angry it makes me sick

I want to feel happy again

I want to finally release the pain

I’m really fed up of feeling this way

Becoming so angry, every day

I really want to help myself

This anger cannot be good, for my health
