Setting yourself up

by Dani   Apr 27, 2005

Dying to be heard,
bleeding to be found,
she only wishes,
she was by a town.

Raped and deserted,
she was thrown around.

Cotton fields lay empty,
no sounds from cars,
or whistling from trees.

Underneath her crying face,
was the prettiest of all things.

Common popular chick,
her attractiveness was known,
and thats why the man raped her,
ripped her in whole.

She knew she wouldnt make it.
It was too impossible.

So that was the night,
that she cried and cried,
and God never forgave her,
for she couldnt die.

A young woman found her,
called the police,
saved this young girls life,
from what she thought was destiny.

So for all you people,
who thinks theres not second chance,
look at whats around you,
and make specific plans.

Even if your pretty,
and well known,
it isnt always a good thing,
to let your beauty show.

And making fun of those,
who actually hurt,
is just setting you up,
for a world of dirt.
