Really I'm OK
Whatever would be wrong?
See, I'm smiling
I have all along

No, none of this hurts
And I'm not going to cry
It doesn't hurt me to see him
And of course this isn't a lie

Old friendships they don't mean a thing
I mean seriously I don't care
Deep down it doesn't kill me
That these friends were never there

My family's picture perfect
No problems, not a worry
They don't keep me crying at night
They just make so darn happy

What's this nonsense about my heart?
It never has and isn't going to break
I'm not afraid to hand it over
Because I've never made a mistake

And of course there aren't bad memories
That I so dreadfully want to forget
Don't even want to go back in time
Because there's nothing from the past I regret

And I never feel bad
Never do I feel alone
I'm not scared of this life
Not afraid to face it on my own

And of course I LOVE my life
I don't think it was a horrible mistake
And definitely I'm an honest person
Why would you think I'm fake?

Don't you believe me???
