Lost

Lost in the woods
alone no one hears my cries
scared i cry out
silently tears fall from my eyes
confused i keep on wandering
tangled in haunting thoughts
tripping over lies
in a mess i am caught
hopeless i trudge on
praying one day i will get out
wondering how long the journey will take
but for now should i take the left of right route?
