U think u know my secrets
About everything untold
U think u know why I'm suffering
As all the past and presents secrets unfold.
U think u know why i cry
About every single tear i shed
U think u know why i cut
About the longingness i have to see the blood so red.
U think u know about the pain
Pulsating through my heart
U think u know why i use this blade
To rip my pale skin apart.
U think u know about the loneliness
That i feel every single day
U think u know about the agony
Spoken through every word i say.
U think u know about the fear
Seen through my life of depression
U think u see the frustration i feel
In my every expression.
U think u know about every thing hidden
Yet you know nothing about my life
U think u know the real me
Then tell my why i use this knife?

    That was just...WOW...I can descripe what I'm feeling right now...It's like you wrote this poem with my words =0) I just love it. This is my fave part:
