She Is Buried Alive

by Sarah Ann   May 29, 2005

Feeling so crushed
She is getting deeper
Kicking and screaming
Yet no one can hear her
Everyone is blind and deaf
As she is falling south
She screams, yet the words
Don’t escape her mouth
She still has the scars
Printed on red wrists
Memories still haunt her
Thoughts make her sick

But she is feeling so crushed
And she keeps getting deeper
Kicking and screaming loud
Yet no one can hear her
Feeling dead and confused
Not knowing where she is
Falling under the Earth
Yet it is where she lives

The soil is on top of her
And the dirt falls on her skin
Kicking and screaming
Yet still she cannot win
She is begging for life
As she tries to survive
But the dirt gets closed in
And she is buried alive
