Moving On

My feelings for you,
Seem to grow stronger every day,
There’s no denying it,
There’s no other way,

I can't help but think,
About the way you make me feel,
It’s as if I’ve known you for years,
It all seems so real,

But when we spoke about it,
You said there was no chance of 'us',
I guess I should have known,
It was only him in lust,

I really wish it could have been more,
But the chance I took is now gone,
I’ll just have to start,
Moving on.
