A Fifteen Year Old Mom

One day you left to have a child
Yet you are never near his home
Months ago it was your mistake
Now he will face this life alone

You thought you were in love
You ran away from all you had
Now your baby is just a bastard
A hopeless child without a dad

People said they could help you
You ignored every single hand
You told them you were ready
But you still didn’t understand

So now your boyfriend left you
The one who vowed your side
You have no food to live off of
No place to run, you can’t hide

Your baby lies all night crying
As you grab things from the floor
You thought this would be nice
I guess it’s not that fun anymore

A few months ago it was better
Everything was going your way
You selfish child you just ran off
Don’t you wish that you did stay?

Your parents will not accept you
Your friends think you are dead
Everyone was against your actions
As you were lost inside your head

A mother now at fifteen years old
You watch your life pass you by
This is the consequences you pay
For running off with just a guy

And now you stand on the corners
Giving pleasure to different men
In exchange for a little money
So that you both could eat again

You serving your body for a need
Your baby son is crying all night
For there is nothing left to feed

My friend left everyone behind to run off with a man she thought she loved...Obviously he left her...and now last we heard is she is getting help from some people in a different state...but in the wrong way. We just want her home. I am trying to find out where she is so I can send this to her.
