The Pressure To Be Beautiful

by erikka baby   Jun 29, 2005

The pressure to be beautiful
Is way to hard to bare
My biggest fear these days
Is looking in the mirror

When everyone is everything
That you would rather be
It's hard to keep on living
Knowing that I can't change "me"

I can't get clothes from hollister.
Their sizes are way to small.
They won't fit around my big hips.
That's why I despise the mall.

They make it for those beautiful girls.
With the size 3 waists.
The kind everyone wants to be.
That all the hot guys chase.

The pressure to be beautiful
Is way to hard to bare.
I'm just your average teenage girl.
That wants someone to care.

You have to realize that as difficult as it may be at this point in time, ten years from now, what other people thought of you in your teenage years, won't matter to you. You always have yourself, and don't ever lose heart. Beleif in who you are is the most beautiful thing a person can ever display.

Aww hun dont worry about it. I know how it feels but it is the inside that counts...and anyone who thinks otherwise is not worth it. One day you will find someone who cares for you...just for being yourself. I promise that. xxx
