I'll Be Fine

I realized today
that I'll be fine,
Although I know
it'll take some time!

I know I don't need you,
So I know it's not for the best,
I have no choice but to walk away
and lay this love to rest!

I woke up this morning
and for the first time I could breath!
I could smile
ans soon I began to believe...

Believe that I'd be ok,
That I'd be at peace
With all that had occurred...
Being with you mattered least!

I know that I'm happy
and that I'll smile again!
There's ALWAYS a rainbow
after the pain!!!!
