This Day

A day that is meant to
mean something
A day that is supposed to
to be special
A day that only comes once a
year, is now a day for
sadness and regret.
When you separated you left me dry.
You separated me , separated this day,
between families,
between continents,
between enemy lines.
The hate you feel for one another
is the hate I feel for this day!!!!

    Another poem filled to the brink with emotion. You are very good at putting your true feelings onto paper (or should I say screen?), although I find this one to be less magical than I would've hoped. I know, it's a funny thing to say...Magical...But poetry is a form of magic.

    aw thats so sad if you really feel that way....great poem....5/5....only advise is to work on the flow just a bit....(notice i said just a bit...the flow was still good)
