What happened to god I've heard so much
but i ask myself why is he no longer in touch
I've got all these questions and no one to ask
i try to hide them but there so hard to mask
but why have you gone left us here like this
why have you gone is the question that insists
why did you used to talk so much
to moses, Jesus, prophets and the such
some people tell me its Jesus he was your sacrifice to send
but some part of me thinks there lying and your just really dead
i mean why do you talk no more and have let the world turn to our mess
drugs, war terrorism but its true i must confess
see i think you've given up i think you left us here
i mean I've sent so many prayers to you but i don't think you hear
but maybe its our fault the way we all seem to have our hell's
i think you've given up on us and started somewhere else
