Disappear

I learned to hide
And run from all the pain
Anything and everything
To make it all go away
I was willing to do
Run, Swim, Sleep
Even drink to forget
The pain is too much to handle
Always has been
The need for a way out
Always there
Running and hiding
Is my only way
So I continue to run
To hide
To swim
To sleep
To even drink it all away
To make the pain
