When I think of you
I think of a broken heart
Someone who doesn't know where they're going
Or even where to start

When I think of how you treated me
I almost break down and cry
The way you never smiled at all
I never understood why

When you said you didn't love me
I could only turn and walk away
You betrayed my trust and broke my heart
Now I'll never be okay

I could cry and plead for you to take me back
but I'll get nothing on your part
So there's no point in trying, baby,
it's just the story of my heart.
