You Brought It Out In Me

by Raven Roth   Jul 15, 2005

You came out of the shadows but cast your shadow over me.
Your hair fell in your face because you were hiding from the world.
Your presence disturbed me and i only wished to destroy you.
You invaded my space and I loathed you for it. Yet you pressed on, and I could not defeat you.
I fell in defeat to your power knowing I could not win, but plotting revenge in silence.
How to pay you back for the pain you had caused me, show you the scars you left in me.
I am weak from battle and suffering.
Nevermore, you shall not escape me.
