My Parents

Every time I looked around I would see the love and care of my mom.
Every time I disrespect my Dad I would get grounded.
But I always knew that they loved me.
I never told them just how much they meant to me.

But I hope they know it already cause the mean the world to me.
And I couldn't live life without them.
I always complain bout how much my life sucks.

But when I really think about it I notice how lucky I am.
I think of the parents who don't care about their kids at all.

I always complain that my Mom and Dad care to much.
But I'd rather have parents who care to much than parents who don't care at all.

    Awww I liked this poem a lot. I actually do the same thing all the time. I get mad at my parents for something but then think how others have it so bad. I am very close to my parents and I tell them everything going on in my life. I really appreciate everything they do for me. Good job and good idea I should make one up to show how much I love my own parents.
