Shattered Images

Pale Tones
Quilted Among Her Skin
Shedding The Deadliness
Of What She Feels Within

Un-Tidily
Her Hair Falls To Her Shoulders
Eyeliner Outlines
And Makes Her Eyes Much Bolder

She Taps Her Face
With a Bit Of Timid Blush
And Alot Of Powder
Nothings Ever Enough

She Silently Moans
As She Rubs Against Her Scars
It Was Hell Being Beat
But Hiding Its So Hard

She Fakes a Smile
Runs Her Fingers Through Her Hair
And Looks In The Mirror
At What Shes Hiding There

Preppy Little School Girl
The Perfect Little Lies
Embedded Indelibly
Upon Deceitful Eyes

No one Knows The Pain
No One Thinks To Care
Of The Troubled Girl
Or What Shes Hiding There
