Cheating Lies!

by Josiah Larson   Jul 26, 2005

One morning I wake up
I seen my girl was missing
I asked her last night were she was going
as she replied with a grin
No were honey

When I rolled over in my bed
right where she usually lays
she was not there in my sight
I looked over there and over here

I waited till the crack of dawn
for when the sun turned bright
but she was still gone

I ask my self this what did I do wrong
she never gave me a kiss
that is what I miss

I got dressed
and then made the bed
I walked downstairs
my girl was no were to be found

As I waited all day for her to return
I waited and waited
Till I couldn't wait anymore

As I walk toward the door
it begins to open
my baby girl showed up

And once again
here I am
asking the same question
and she reply with such a notion

oh, I was out with friends
I knew then
That something was up

She walked by me
and drop something on the floor
it was our ring
the ring promise
the ring of truthfulness

no more lies
no more tales
the words you bring I cannot bare
I think I know what you did
all this time you hid
every thing we had just tares
and I no longer care

    I wake down stairs
my girl was no were to be found"

^ Do you mean "I walk downstairs?"
