Tears of the Sky

Sitting out in the rain
With my hands over my head
I begin to silently cry
Wishing that I was dead

As the rain begins to fall
I absorb the skys cold tears
Somehow I have no will
To not move and not hear

Sort of in a strange way
It reminds me of you
I absorb your coldness
And wait till we're no longer two

I don't know where you lead
I don't know our trail
Even with our love
Heavy on our scale

Tears begin to blend
With the rain in the sky
You can't tell anymore
How hard I cry

So I begin to slowly
Look at your picture once more
And remember the days
Before my heart was sore

    Wow... You've had it really rough in the love department, haven't you..? But you write some of the best poems when you've been hurt. That's the only thing that sucks about poetry - you have to want to kill someone or kill yourself to write really good, emotional poems. (Or at least it's that way for me) Nice.

    Awwl.. very sad. But heartbreaks are never happy. Keep your head up! Anyways great poem I loved the rhyme scheme it all went together nicely.
