Shattered soul

Loosing faith
dying hope
feeling unsafe
no one knows
colorless eyes
pale sad face
alone she cries
she’s lost all grace
broken dreams
left unfulfilled
she cries out
but no one hears
shattered soul
desperate heart
no one cares
so nothing starts
all this pain
held inside
she’s falling faster
you walk by
silent tears
meaningless words
now she knows
she can’t be lured
weakened thoughts
grasping mind
searching for answers
she never finds
unwanted past
broken life
darkening fast
a silver knife
closing eyes
undesirable fate
now you see
but it’s too late
