Life and Blood

by Jemma   Aug 4, 2005

Your life, your blood
Your livelihood
The pain is real
Fall to a kneel
Praying for some love
To be sent from above
Ease those cuts and bruises
Lying in the place you choose
Falling in on a beaten track
Misery for all you lack
Lying there all alone
Cut so deep, showing the bone
Grazed and torn, your clothes in shreds
Dreaming away on spiders’ threads
Nauseous and dizzy
Try to keep busy
Head erupts in pain
The wind whistles your name
Lying cold in fear
Hoping mercy is near
The darkness edging in
The darkness fills within
Your sorry soul
And fills the hole
Gloomy misapprehensions
Floating in all the dimensions
The tears the other you cried
The one that shrivelled, curled up and died
Your life and blood have seeped away
Left wretched and etched with dismay

**This is kind of dark aswell but never mind**
