A sad little girl with scarred up wrists,
Her beautiful face broken by daddy's fists.
Wishing for help but her pleas go unsaid,
The silence isn't golden, the silence is red.

A poor little girl with a broken heart,
Her baby's left her now shes falling apart.
Praying for another life instead,
The silence isn't golden, the silence is red.

A tortured little girl who's been hurt and abused,
Lost count of the times she been beaten and bruised.
As she lies weeping in her bed,
The silence isn't golden, the silence is red.

A lost little girl whose loved ones have all died,
Needs to let out her grief cause its killing her inside.
Nothing seems to stop the painful thoughts in her head,
The silence isn't golden, the silence is red.

A lonely little girl who's been picked on all her life,
Found that her only real friend turned out to be a knife.
Not a day passes when she doesn't wish that she were dead,
The silence isn't golden, the silence is red.

Ok this poem is based on the saying silence is golden. Its not written very well but its basically saying if you have problems its better to talk to someone, rather than suffer in silence because then it will just get more serious. Sorry its not very good, I cant seem to write much anymore.
