Sometimes I make wrong choices
When I want to do what’s right
That’s why I feel like giving up
And losing this big fight

I could stare into the mirror
At a face that was never mine
My soul is ready for its flight
My heart would race with time

I am losing in this big battle
Between my mind and heart
Sometimes I do things that I knew
Were so wrong from the start

I can’t even explain how I feel
When I am kicked on the ground
I try to scream from what I know
But my lips don’t make a sound

I am crying for your help
Please let me win in this war
