Wars

by Raven Roth   Aug 22, 2005

Why do we fight?
Wars all over.
A cycle.
A pointless object of rage.
Wars in Iraq.
A sucker punch from others.
And we say we are right.
We need to talk.
To understand.
We need to stop these objects of rage.
And help each other.
We are killing innocent children. What do we think we can accomplish?
We are wrong and so are they.
We need to stop this pointless object of rage called wars.

I agree with you. WARS SUCK. Who says that they would like to put an end to violence, and then the next day is sending fighter jets to another country!?

Anyways, this is a really good poem. But it really should go under the life society catergory. Please write more poem. 5/5
