No reason

by Jennifer RIP Lesthat Hayden   Aug 27, 2005

He walks in the star light
And stares at the moon
He walks in the ran
And stares at the ground
He walks towards a mirror
And stares at his eyes
He lights a candle
And stares at the flame

He sits in the cemetery
He stares at the sky
He does these things all day
And he doesn't know why
He has no friends
Doesn't know what they are
Never smiles nor laughs
He doesn't even cry
Though he is sad all of the day
And is sad through all the night
He has no wish to live
Then came the vampires bite

No wish to live
No will to go on
He accepted his offer
To live forever long
He was tired of nothing
So bored with his life
Goodbye to daylight
And hello to night

The vampire took his life
And gave him back a new one
He lived as any other did
He drunk the blood of his victims
He walked the night such as his Creator
But still felt empty inside
And not even this vampire
This emptiness he could not hide
His Creator asked "What's wrong?"
For he couldn't even figure it out
He just stared at his master
And opened his mouth
Then all the words spilled out
"I don't know. I thought being this thing would help. Get me out of this dullness. I just thought it would help. But nothing. Just nothing. I still feel the same. Maybe I should just walk in the day and turn to ash. No reason to live anyway."
"No! These thoughts! Get them out of your head! Have fun with your powers! You are the living dead!"
He just stared at the ground
Not knowing what to say
He just walked away in the night
And walked out in day

Wow what an uplifting poem. If you liked this suicide poem you might like...: Ha ha you're dead, Here I am, Invisable in life and death, Happy birthday depressed, The torture of it all, To my beloved self, Blank, Final bow, One white line, and many more of my suicide poems. Look in my favorites for my absolute best poems and be sure to look at my other poems too and look at the titles. The more patheticly sad the title sounds the more likely it's a suicide poem. See ya.
