Realistic Hell

The feel of a petal
Lightly against your face
And softly knowing that here
This is now your place

The feel of her fingers
Slowly against my arm
And lightly knowing that here
You won't be dealt harm

The feel of your thoughts
Thinking of your only one
And just knowing that she
She compares to none

But when your thoughts
Turn your life to hell
Makes you wonder slightly
How you fell

Then the feel of those fingers
Cuts you in too deep
With the blood dripping by
And you don't feel like sleep

But that rose, that soft petal
Is too hard and you lost it all
Trips you off your feet
And then you have to crawl

It's two paths of her choice
That you have no control
Where you can live heaven
Or fall in the deep black hole

No tears, it's just blood
It doesn't matter it's the same
And with neither do I take pride
Nothing but fear and shame

Hate or love
Heaven or hell
Both a confusion
Of living in a shell

When you try to creep back out
She just shoves you back
When just barely things worked
And life was back on track

But you just shake it off
And give it one more bleed
Trying to remember
In all selfish greed

You made your choice
And she made hers
She wanted to go
You want her to be yours
