They took my happiness

THEY TOOK MY HAPPINESS.

They say they want me happy,
They say they do it for my good,
They say that I should listen to them,
Because they love me,
And for me they what the best

But I’m not happy, they took that away
They said to me, “that with him you can not stay”.
The took the only person, that ever cared about me
Away, and said to me you'll get over him in a day.

They said I’ve got over it, and they said I am doing well
But the truth is they don’t see what they done.
I am not happy, I hate to live
Every single day I wake, I wish I was dead

They don’t see the pain, they took my happiness,
And caused my world to be filled with pain.
Not careing about my feelings only hoping to get it there way.

In the end they got what they wanted
And I am not with him,
But in this world now what do have to gain.
I bet they never thought that what they did
Will hurt them in the end they pushed me away
Not even knowing they did.

As the day go by I am turning out on my own,
And soon I be some one they don't even know,
All because they could not leave us alone,
Because they took the only happiness I ever known,
