His Heart

by Unwanted Lamia   Sep 4, 2005

The heart she holds,
is not her's,
it's the heart he sold.

Lost in a land
he can't escape from,
a land with whispy sand.

She promised to help,
if he helped her
He promised as he knelt.

"I'll help you my lady,
I swear this to you
I'll do whatever you ask, my lady."

She tore the world apart
And he went back to where he came,
Missing only his heart.
