A Normal Day Of Class
We Turned On The News
As We Watched The Screen
I Shivered In My Shoes

CNN Blasted
With The Heartbreaking Details
New Orleans Is Flooded
This Storm Has Brought Much Hell

Family's Are Homeless
Food Is Slim To None
Eighty Percent Is Covered
In The Rain Katrina's Brung

Please Help The Victims
Help Them Rebuild Their Life
Give Them Food
And a Place To Sleep Tonight

a Few Bucks
Could Save a Little Girl
And Rebuild Their Hopes
And Rebuild Their Broken Worlds

Open Up Your Hearts
Do What You Can Do
And Please Just Remember
What If This Were You.....
