So confusing

You say I should talk to someone
But what do I say
How do I even describe
What it is I feel each day

How do I put it into words?
And express what I feel
How do I tell you?
When I do not even know whatâ??s real

I do not know why I feel like this
Do not understand
I am just so confused
And do not expect you to comprehend

I am over all those things
That happened in the past
I think I have said it all
But my mind still spins so fast

One day I am normal

But the next day I am different
And the girl I am is not me

But it shows how confusing my thoughts are
And how much I want help
But when I reach it is too far

My mind is off far away
Always find myself dreaming
Never living in the present day

Always questioning this world
Is it black, white or grey?
Are people really happy?
Or do they as well cry each day
