This world we live in....

Where moms are depressed enough to take pills

fathers abuse there kids for the heck of it

brothers are druggies

and sisters are wh***z

where the safest place to be

is outside of the home

where the good die saving the bad

and the bad get to live on still being bad

and still the world manages to still move on

when animals are being hurt

by sick kids with sticks

where the smart poor kids end up working at walmart

and the dumb rich ones end up running wall-street

where fear becomes respect

and lies become truths

and nothing is ever what it seems

where best Friends lie

and boyfriends cheat

where trust is forever lost

replaced with hate and guarded hearts

where teachers sleep with students

and priests with little boys

where onces looks are more important the ones personality

and where onces skin determines once abilities

and this my friend...
