Broken

I was there when the walls fell
the walls that protected my heart from hell
the love i crave is overrated
my dreams forgotten lay old and faded

A red rose with dew beaded
if only time was all i needed
bring forth the sorrow i will feel
the facts have never been so real

if i were to care i would be scarred
